The goal of our first meeting is to meet you and walk your property, and more importantly to find out what your goals are, what your experiences are, and what you expect from a real estate agent.
The goal of our second meeting is to outline the price range we think most buyers will come in at, and what the best list price would be. We will discuss our marketing plan, which includes the following:
Exclusive investor email to local and active real estate investors and property owners around your property
Monthly postcards to property owners within a mile radius of the property
Properly post your property on the MLS, Zillow, Trulia, and Redfin
Share the listing on our company's BRE Investment website
Share the listing on social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook.
Hand delivering flyers to the local businesses on Sunset to spread the word
Placing flyers on car windshields on the streets in the immediate area
Numerous and continuous open houses every weekend (even after securing a buyer)
Present the listing to local news agencies to get even more exposure (see the Los Angeles Times "Home of the Day" we obtained for a home we listed).
Advertising your property on our billboard at Sunset and Alvarado. This is one of the busies intersections of Los Angeles, and especially on the Eastside.
Cold call local property owners around your property, announcing the property's availability.
We typically conduct a Best and Final round to select the best offer, which historically for our team has been all cash, 100% as-is, and above list price.
